The modular and repetitive methods achieve project cost reduction. The buildings are planned for maximum natural lighting and cross ventilation. So architecture is of intelligent energy efficient system. The environmental strategy is to create spaces in building fully naturally lighted and cross ventilated. This would significantly reduce energy consumption throughout the building’s life.
